Efficient and Friendly Staff, but Room Allocation Process Needs Improvement

The hotel's location is FANTASTIC with beautiful sea views and clean streets. the rooms are clean and spacious, allowing my family to play freely. Would choose again. the breakfast was better than expected, but the omelette station was busier than it seemed in photos.

Clean rooms with strong internet and decent breakfast - excellent for business. Although lacking bathrobes and slippers, staff were accommodating. Breakfast variety was limited, but high-quality juices stood out. a good stay for work.

When I checked in, I was handed a standard room instead of the deluxe I booked. The linens were grimy, and the bathroom was subpar.

The pool area was the best, the lifeguard was super cool, always smiling and willing to help out. We felt like VIPs, getting served breakfast by a cheerful host, loved the variety of options. Big shoutout to Rizwan at the front desk, he went above and beyond to sort out our room situation. The quiet hallways were a nice touch, no loud cleaning staff disrupting our peace.

The staff kindly guided me during my first visit. This place has everything I need, from Wi-Fi to a spa. I always choose it for my stay and have no regrets. I'm looking forward to coming back for Easter.

They went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable experience. the food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to choose from. the view from my room was stunning, especially during the sunrise. One night, I got cheeky and asked for an iron, and voilà! Housekeeping were on it in a jiffy. Couldn't resist ordering up mocktails and chomping on a bit of everything at the buffet. The area is pedestrian-friendly with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. A shuttle from the hotel to the beach is also available. In the heart of the cultural capital, guests can expect exceptional service, a comfortable and well-appointed room with ample toiletries provided, and delicious breakfast. For example, the spacious room with a beautiful lagoon view is clean and quiet with comfortable bedding and a nice selection of toiletries.

I was thrilled to visit Al Noor Island, and choosing Copthorne Hotel's beach transfers made it convenient. The hearty buffet breakfast at Lagoon restaurant was a delightful start to each day, offering a wide range of delicious choices with excellent views of Khalid Lagoon.

I recently celebrated my wedding anniversary and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a lake view suite with a Jacuzzi. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and client-oriented, ensuring that I had an excellent stay. The location was great, with a nice walk track opposite the hotel and close to the market. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and comfortable beds, made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast buffet and Thursday night Indian buffet were delicious.

The reception was really good at helping me, and the check-in process was very easy and fast. the hotel's location in front of the lake is the only thing that can be counted as a positive.

While the staff was courteous and helpful, there are areas that could be improved. the rooms could use some decoration to make them more inviting.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel with a convenient location and breathtaking views of the beautiful Buheira Corniche. the rooms, although not all facing the corniche, were spacious and clean. Despite being busy with holiday guests, the staff were warm and friendly. the breakfast options were well-cooked and just right.

Before my arrival, Nik from reservations called to inquire about my preferences and ensured that my requested crib was in place. The staff, particularly Saddam, Saad, and Shahir, were exceptional in their service. They even provided me with a connecting room, which was a great convenience. The hotel offers beautiful views of the lagoon, spacious rooms, and a well-equipped gym and pool. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. it was a very good experience.

This place is absolutely amazing! It is situated in a good area, right in front of the lagoon, where I enjoyed the nice walking area with lots of local restaurants around. Besides that, the staff was exceptional! They offered fantastic services, from check-in to check-out, making sure my stay was absolutely perfect. The room was also great with excellent amenities, including a refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. There are also various dining options, from the restaurant to the poolside snack bar, all of them with good service.

The breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms were outstanding. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to several tourist attractions and only a short drive away from the famous mall.

The lighting in the bedrooms needs improvement as they were a bit dark. the lack of bedroom slippers and the poor water pressure in the shower were also disappointing.

So many attractions nearby to keep me busy, like Sharjah Aquarium and Al Majaz Waterfront. And let's not forget the thrilling Tim Horton's coffee in the lobby. Yum!

Oh, how I loved my stay, but I was just devastated by the lack of a Lagoon view. How am I supposed to survive without it?

During our stay at Copthorne Hotel Sharjah, we had a wonderful time exploring the vibrant Majaz Lake area, which offered a great variety of family-friendly entertainment and outdoor activities. We enjoyed taking the kids for exciting eco-tours in the nearby wetlands and indulging in some outlet shopping at the colorful and bustling local markets.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there were more children's recreational activities available at the hotel to keep the little ones entertained.

It was so easy to hit up the nearby shopping spots and our crew loved the eco-adventures nearby. Our energy was top-notch for sure!

One thing we could've used were more social events for young peeps like us.

I chose this hotel for a team retreat due to its 4 meeting rooms accommodating 5-100 pax. The staff was helpful and the facilities met our needs.

The only service I missed for work was a business center for last-minute printing and scanning.
